Kevin Millar update; if you were wondering!

According to reports, Kevin Millar will join the MLB Network as an analyst.  Millar is heard quite often on XM Radio and the "Best Damn Sports Show" and is perfect for the role of breaking down teams, stories and other baseball related topics.

Don't look now, but the Padres lead the National League West this morning!

For those who haven't looked at the stat leaders so far, here are some early leaders you would least expect after last season.

Batting Average:
Royals OF Scott Podsednik leads the AL with an .449 AVG

Blue Jays OF Vernon Wells is 5th in AL average at .339 with 14 runs scored (T-1st in AL), 12 RBI (T-5th) and 7 home runs (|T-1st).

Nationals C Ivan Rodriguez leads the NL in average (.444)

Marlins INF Jorge Cantu leads the NL in RBI (18)

Congrats to the Phillies Roy Halladay, who is now 4-0 for the first time in his career; Halladay dominated the Braves last night going the distance in a 2-0 win.  Halladay now sports a 0.82 ERA after the 4 games, and is well on his way to a Cy Young.
